Who you'll hear from

A three-time entrepreneur, Olson teamed up with fellow product leaders and technologists from Red Hat, Cisco, and Google to launch Pendo in October 2013. The Raleigh, N.C.-based company now has over 900 million end-users and 14,4000 customers across 163 countries. Olson also wrote the “The Product-Led Organization,” which redefined how businesses built software experiences.

Sneha Raghavan is the Vice President of Customer Success at Pendo, where she leads Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Customer Education to drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value. She is passionate about operational discipline and using data to scale CS organizations. She began her career at Pendo as a Data Scientist, later leading the data science team, and went on to serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO before stepping into her current role. Recognized as a strategic and influential leader, Sneha has transformed customer success into a growth engine by aligning people, process, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.
