Curtis Michelson, an experienced enterprise coach and expert in AI research and business implications, is hosting an AI workshop on Monday, October 7, to help product teams with AI adoption.

Ryan Salomon, Senior Director of Product Management at Pendo, has over ten years of experience in the analytics space and leads Pendo’s product analytics teams.
Salomon’s session will dive into some of the biggest analytics pain points that today’s product leaders face. Product leaders know data is necessary for making decisions, but building the right reports and turning insights into action is another story. That’s why Pendo’s analytics are built for action, not analysis. Today’s customers expect high levels of personalization. Delivering the right experience at the right time takes precision and care, but when done correctly, it positively impacts customer satisfaction. With the right tools, personalization can become the norm.

New to Pendomonium this year is Ethan Mollick, Innovation Expert & Artificial Intelligence Thought Leader and Professor of Entrepreneurship at The Wharton School. During his keynote session, he’ll answer the following question: How can we thoughtfully and consciously embrace AI to propel innovation and shape our future?

Pendo One: The shift from human-driven to machine-driven AI
When: Wednesday, 2:15–3 pm
Dr. Inbal Budowski-Tal is the Senior Director and founder of Machine Learning at Pendo. With a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion and a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Haifa, Dr. Budowski-Tal is a well-versed machine learning authority.
Dr. Budowski-Tal has redefined Pendo’s AI strategy. Instead of human-driven AI, Pendo has moved to machine-driven AI where AI takes the lead with initiating actions and suggestions instead of a human.
Her session will discuss the evolution of Pendo AI through the lens of the four levels of AI. She’ll walk through the full suite of AI features available in the Pendo platform and dive into how Pendo’s ML and engineering teams have made the leap from human-driven AI to machine-driven AI with the launch of our newest AI and ML products: Recommendations, Listen, and Orchestrate.
