We’re bringing predictive analytics into the Pendo platform with the acquisition of Forwrd.ai.

We’ve long held the view at Pendo that usage data is the most reliable indicator of customer health. 

By analyzing what people do in software, and what they say about the experience, companies can predict churn and upsell opportunities, and then tailor outreach to those customers to drive a successful outcome.

But getting that data into a reliable predictive model has been too hard. It has to be easier as companies start to train and trust AI agents to interact on their behalf. That’s why we’re bringing predictive analytics into the Pendo platform with the acquisition of Forwrd.ai.

Forwrd.ai is an Israeli-based no-code predictive analytics platform that enables non-data scientists to build AI and machine learning models that predict churn risk, identify expansion opportunities, and score leads. Forwrd’s technology will become a new capability in the Pendo platform called Pendo Predict – enabling product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to turn signals from software usage into actionable insights they can use to increase retention, convert leads, and expand customers. 

When we first met Forwrd founder Kobi Stok and his team, we immediately saw the value of our platforms, combined. So many customers already turn to Pendo to achieve these outcomes. Imagine if Pendo customers had instant insights from their usage data to inform their product adoption and expansion campaigns, or an easy way to get these insights into a CRM to inform sales or customer success outreach. And consider how these insights could train AI agents to perform these tasks.
