With a dedicated stage and two full days of sessions, #mtpcon at Pendomonium combines everything that product managers love about Mind the Product with the excitement of the ultimate product festival.
You’ll get all the amazing thought leadership, roundtables, and workshops Mind the Product is known for, along with live music, food trucks, and inspirational keynote speakers.
Here’s what you can look forward to on the MTP stage:
Radhika Dutt, Author of Radical Product Thinking: The New Mindset for Innovating Smarter, will speak about how to overcome and prevent the most common product “diseases.” Dutt is an entrepreneur and product leader who has participated in four acquisitions, two of which were of companies that she founded. A graduate of MIT with a M.Eng in Electrical Engineering, she also speaks nine languages.
During her session, Dutt will explain in detail how to diagnose common product ills and what a step-by-step solution is for each. Her methods help everyone, from individual contributors to executives, become more mission-driven.
Dariusz Dziuk from Spotify will discuss using deliberate constraints for innovation—he calls it “creativity in reverse.” Since 2014, Dziuk has led new product projects at Spotify that enhance the end-user experience and help promote artist content.
Cliff Gilley (VP Research Analystm Gartner) will review the “first principles” of building a product team. With a focus on digital product management and Agile methodology, Gilley will discuss the uncertainty facing product management and how the field can better define itself.
Akash Gupta is all about product-led growth. He joins Pendomonium this year to discuss what the leading PLG companies are doing in 2024. He’ll examine how the PLG movement has evolved over the years and what to expect in the future.
Connor Joyce is a product developer, author, and CEO of the consulting firm Desired Outcome Labs. He has been passionate about behavioral science for over a decade and will bring his experience to #mtpcon with a session on the need for evidence-based decisions when implementing AI features.
Oji and Ezinee Udezue, a well-known product power couple, bring decades of collective experience from working with some of the world’s largest and fastest-growing companies, including Calendly, Procore, Time Inc., Atlassian, WPEngine, and Microsoft.
Kasia Chmielinski is an experienced product leader in data and analytics. They have a demonstrated history of growing teams and building products across corporate, start-up, government, and academic sectors. Chmielinski is an affiliate at the Berkman Klein Center of Internet and Society at Harvard and a senior advisor on data quality to the United Nations. They are also the co-founder of the Data Nutrition Project, an initiative to encourage responsible AI development worldwide.
Product tank leadership from all over the world
In addition to the can’t-miss slate of speakers, we’re gathering over 30 ProductTank leaders from around the world to join Pendomonium this year and share their insights. They’ll participate in numerous events, including Pendo user groups, social events, and Q&As. The current ProductTank community spans over 200 cities across the globe, so we are thrilled to bring a diverse group to Pendomonium this year.
Haven’t gotten your ticket yet? There’s still time to register for the full Pendomonium experience! (In addition, #mtpcon-only tickets are also available.)
